We love it, we create it, we are it! You often heard us talk about vector art, methods on how to improve it, but you have never heard us talk about the vector term itself. You might say that you don’t need to know this elementary info, since you probably work in the same field, but I bet, not all of you know what vectors are, and for that small category, I would like to give some explanation about the term.
Or, if you would like it better, we could also refer to the term polygons. It’s all math, if you like. Why math? Because behind the scene there are some really precise equations. You don’t have to worry about that, because all that you’ll see will be the images. It’s a must that you know that vector graphics formats are complementary to raster graphics, which is the representation of images as an array of pixels. Vector formats are not always appropriate in graphics work.
The result is what you see on our website: beautiful images and vector graphics.
Since I have researched the topic extensively, this should be the best definition for vector graphics.
