American artist Matthew Taylor Wilson has spent the past decade as a graphic designer, working in advertising and product design. His personal work combines illustration and hand lettering, with a raw and tactile aesthetic. Matthew’s art has appeared in American magazines, both in ads and editorial features.
Originally from Athens, GA, he is currently working as the Senior Designer for Studio Calico in Bowling Green, KY.
His style is playful, cute, serious, fun, with a touch of vintage. Posters, cards and cover books should all have a touch of his creativity and color.
