Threadless offers the opportunity for artists from every corner of the Internet to share their creative side and be rewarded for talent and hard work. This time Threadless also joined forces with Loftwork and gave Japanese and Asian artists a space to show off their work and land jobs in creative fields.
They created t-shirt designs inspired by the theme “East Meets West” and brought together two seemingly separate things — ideas, words, or styles. Japanese art director Rikako Nagashima helped pick the winning design from the submissions and these are the winning designs as well as the other runners-up that did a wonderful job in this t-shirt challenge.
